- Recruitments will be made according to the MP Scales Policy, 2020, issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, as per O.M. No. 1/3/2022-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021 (as amended from time to time).
- Appointments will be on a contract basis, initially for three (03) years, extendable for up to two (02) additional years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
