How to Apply for Latest GMC Jobs?
- Both male and female applicants with a domicile in the Province of Punjab can apply.
- Appointments will be made on a contract basis under the “Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date)” initially for a period of 03 years, extendable subject to good performance.
- For ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level qualifications, equivalence certificates must be submitted.
- Differently-abled persons should attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a Disability Certificate.
- Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.
- The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of the application.
- Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be dealt with as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas will be observed as per Recruitment Policy 2022.
- Recruitment will be made strictly on merit in accordance with the “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 Recruitment Policy, 2022 & instructions issued from time to time by the Government of Punjab.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate application forms for each post.
- Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel.
- Only degrees issued by universities/institutes recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered.
- The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before the closing date of the advertisement.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.
- Shortlisted applicants must provide complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must bring all degrees attested by HEC at the time of the interview; otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear.
- The department reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing in any test or interview.
- Candidates are advised to ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying.
- Candidates must score at least 50% in NTS to pass the test.
